We wanted to bring to your attention a proposed subdivision of an empty lot in Bronxville Manor. A development company is asking for an eight home development and cul-de-sac at 203 Beech St., Eastchester, NY. The public session is still open and the next Planning Board meeting is Thursday, March 23rd at 7 PM (Eastchester Town Hall, 40 Mill Road, Eastchester, NY 10709).
